On most trumpets, a thorough Ultrasonic cleaning and removal of common dents takes 1½-2 hours.

On full instruments we leave the actual plating process to the pros at Anderson Silver plating but all of the prep work is done in house.
This is the whole shebang here. The end goal is an instrument that looks as close to brand new as possible.
Bracing attached the bell & mouthpipe are removed. A locking joint is created where the bell sits and is replaced with a slide.
Sometimes even good valves go bad. After years and years of shedding and gigging, trumpet valves do eventually lose their tolerance.
I use a neoprene material that never compresses over time and is resistant to wicking oils and other substances.

Most of our trumpets are fit with an Electroform solid SEAMLESS copper bell. I personally love the design and sound characteristics of these bells.
Del Quadro Custom trumpets is located in North Las Vegas about 15 minutes north of The Strip.
If you are visiting our city and want to come to the shop, you can take an Uber/Lyft for just about $12 from the southern most point of The Strip.
All Shop visits need to be arranged in advance by appointment.
