Kasey Ball
Kasey Ball is a multi-instrumentalist and composer based in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has performed locally, nationally and internationally as both a sideman and a band leader. He was the horn section leader for the most recent collaboration tour for Bluesman Kenny Neal and the late Tito Jackson, and has several releases under his own name as well as several features as a recording artist. Kasey plays a custom Del Quadro trumpet, “Fireshaker”, with a modified version of the Mother bell. His favorite trumpet players are Arturo Sandoval, Roy Hargrove, and Leroy Jones.
